“Junglim is a group that pursues healthy architecture. The architectural philosophy, centered around people and trust, holds a pivotal position in guiding the work of all members. Within our shared philosophy, we embrace creative and independent thinking, striving to incorporate diverse perspectives into our architectural endeavors. Specifically, I consistently contemplate how I can inspire and nurture the potential and passion of my junior colleagues while encouraging creativity and efficiency. My hope is that there are many colleagues and seniors who have been with me for a long time in the company, and that my juniors will grow together with good experiences within a sustainable system.”
