Korea Teachers Pension Welfare Center is a high-rise office located in Yeoui-do, which shows a different variation of Junglim's office scheme that consists of the podium at the lower part and the office at the upper part. Also, the way of constructing the front curtain wall with steel mullions but finishing the side surfaces with granite stones shows a phase of Junglim Architecture's office design process.
